PAYMENTS: Payments may be dropped in either the box inside our student drop-off waiting area OR the box located outside near the front doors. Pay with check, money order, or via Venmo @smoothmovesdance - Always label payment with dancer’s full name!

‘COSTUME & RECITAL FEES:  Your monthly tuition includes funds to cover your dancer's costume and the annual Spring recital.  

Tuition is based on the amount of time a dancer spends in the studio each week.  These amounts are for our recreational classes.  Competitive teams will receive their tuition in their annual competition team contracts.

45 minutes per week..........$85

          1 hour per week........$90

     1.5 hours per week........$105  

         2 hours per week.......$120

     2.5 hours per week........$130

***There is a $5 per month family discount for each additional child enrolled living in the same household!  You can also receive an additional discount if you pay full tuition up front.            

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month.  If payment is not received by the 5th day of that month, it is considered past due, and a $15 late charge will apply.  Tuition is always the same amount each month regardless of absences or holidays.  We must receive two weeks written notice when a class is dropped for any reason, otherwise regular monthly payment is expected as usual.

***WITHDRAWAL POLICY:  

If a student chooses to withdraw from our studio, written notice must be received by our office at least 30 days prior to the upcoming tuition payment on the 1st.  Dancer will be responsible for the next payment if proper notification is not given.  Please be aware that NO pro-rating or refunds will be issued and any costumes, accessories, or studio wear purchased prior to withdrawal but pending arrival will be forfeited and considered property of SMDPAS.

FEES

REGISTRATION FEE   : A fee of $40 per student is due annually at Fall registration.    Class spaces are limited!  Spots are not guaranteed until registration fee is paid-in-full.  Fee is non-refundable unless class is canceled by studio

All dancers are responsible for purchasing their own shoes and tights.  Specific brand, color, and style will be required for spring recital based upon costume choices.



Payments should be placed into the secured box either inside our studio waiting or area, in the mailbox right outside our front entrance on Main Street, or via VENMO to @smoothmovesdance.  

Checks should be made payable to SMOOTH MOVES DANCE.  There is a $35 fee for all returned checks
